RETURN POLICY IN BRIEF
- You can return the product without reason within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be in new condition meaning all labels and hangtags etc. must still be attached.
- To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
- Want to switch to another size? Return the original for a refund and order a replacement.
- Did you get the wrong item or is it damaged? Contact us and we’ll sort it out!
- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
An unwanted product can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund, where you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size etc, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return for refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. To be able to process your return, we require a receipt, your order number or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted: Any item returned not in its original condition, not in the original packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN
To return your product you must first email email@example.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. Our Returns Department will write back to you within three (3) working days with instructions on how to correctly identify your parcel and where to return it to. We receive several parcels back each week and if you don’t clearly identify your return then we won’t know who sent it and we won’t be able to process it for you.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, please see our shipping information page for more details.
Please note: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returns are handled by your postal service and we have no way of guaranteeing that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive your item back we can’t arrange an exchange or refund.To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please note: Sale items cannot be refunded only regular priced products.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again, then contact your bank or PayPal if needed. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted and you see it on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll investigate for you.
