TERMS & CONDITIONSPlease read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have your parents permission) and accept these terms & conditions to place an order from Sixteen-O. This shall apply to all orders for the sale or supply of any products placed at Sixteen-O. None of these terms & conditions affect your legal rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be mandatory unless agreed in writing and signed by us.
Sixteen-O will be responsible for all the personal information you provide us with or that we obtain. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment and to provide offers. The information you provide will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You have the right to request that Sixteen-O to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting Sixteen-O’s Conditions, you agree to the above.
Events outside Sixteen-O’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Sixteen-O is released from Sixteen-O’s obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
All products remain Sixteen-O’s property until the full payment is completed. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All shipping costs and payment fees are visible before confirming any purchases.To guarantee your protection, all payments that are conducted through Sixteen-O are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways. We don’t store your card information and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. The payment gateway you have chosen is responsible for all the transactions, please read their terms and conditions.Sixteen-O reserves the right to adjust any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. When a product is sold out, Sixteen-O has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way and also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
Depending on your country and region, local sales tax and customs charges can occur. These charges are at the customers' own expense.
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are usually shipped 1-3 working days from when an order is placed.For orders outside of Sweden please allow a minimum of 1-3 weeks until delivery. Usually European orders will arrive much sooner. All shipments outside of Sweden are handled by DHL Global Mail.
DHL Global Mail
We package all orders in what’s called a “motherbox”. DHL Globalmail picks up all our packages from our warehouse, flies it to Frankfurt, sorts it, applies the necessary postage, and handles the order until it reaches your country. This is why when you get a tracking number it will go through Frankfurt to get to your country.Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The delivery is made by your national postal service, not DHL Globalmail.
Average transit time with DHL Globalmail is 4 to 8 days, plus additional processing and transit time within your country. Orders sent “Standard shipping” typically arrive in about 1-3 weeks. However, in rare cases, your local customs can hold the package causing delays in delivery. Customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Contact your local customs office for more information.
The postal system we use today only gives us tracking to the sorting terminal in Frankfurt and not further.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please make sure that you are there to receive it. Calling the transport company directly can complete claims should any problems arise. Processing times range between 5-10 business days.
